This prefixes formula-like cells with a single quote and can change those exported values. Spreadsheet apps may still convert IDs or dates; import those columns as text.

A complete header in every part.
Record-count mode preserves order and starts a new file at your chosen count. Group mode uses exact text values, including case and whitespace. Empty values form one group; whitespace-only values form their own exact groups.
Files receive neutral sequential names. Review the displayed group labels to identify their contents. Each original record appears in exactly one output file. Up to 100 files and 10 MB of combined CSV output are supported. The ZIP is not encrypted.
Empty physical lines are ignored when reading a CSV. Explicit empty CSV records, such as a row of delimiters or a quoted empty field, are retained. Header names are trimmed and must be unique. Missing trailing cells become empty text. Record counts and issue numbers refer to the records retained after this reading step.
