Toolfred’s public tools process your working files and text on your device.

What happens to files?

Your browser reads the files you choose, performs the work and creates the downloads. This version has no file-upload endpoint. Toolfred does not deliberately save working inputs in browser storage. Browsers can restore form values and page history; clear sensitive fields and close the tab when finished. Save any results you want to keep.

What still uses the network?

Your browser requests the website’s pages and code from its host. The host can receive ordinary request information, such as an IP address. All tool libraries are served with the website. This site has no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels or externally hosted fonts. The public website is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives network request information and may process it for delivery, security and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Use care on shared devices

Downloaded files remain wherever you save them. Other browser extensions or software on your device may have their own permissions. Local processing does not make a compromised device private.

Email contact@toolfred.com for bug reports or privacy questions. Messages are forwarded to the operator’s inbox. Please use synthetic examples and avoid sending sensitive files or passwords.

If this changes

Any future analytics, checkout or third-party services need their own disclosure. These tools do not require registration or payment.
