Check required values, unique IDs, numbers and allowed values before an import.

This prefixes formula-like cells with a single quote and can change those exported values. Spreadsheet apps may still convert IDs or dates; import those columns as text.

Your rules, with a record of the issues.
Apply up to ten rules across any columns, with up to 100,000 characters across rule values. Required rejects empty or whitespace-only cells. Unique checks exact nonblank values and flags every repeated occurrence. Integer allows a plain signed whole number. Decimal, minimum and maximum use bounded base-10 decimals. Allowed values compares exact text against one allowed value per line.
All rules except Required skip blank values. Numeric rules ignore surrounding whitespace; text and uniqueness comparisons do not. Decimal checks allow up to 30 digits and 12 fractional digits, without currency signs, separators or exponents. Record numbers count data records, not physical lines inside quoted fields.
The report lists each issue with its original cell value; it does not fix the file. A clean report means only that these chosen rules passed. It does not guarantee acceptance by another service. Reports exceeding 10,000 issues or 10 MB are rejected without partial output.
Empty physical lines are ignored when reading a CSV. Explicit empty CSV records, such as a row of delimiters or a quoted empty field, are retained. Header names are trimmed and must be unique. Missing trailing cells become empty text. Record counts and issue numbers refer to the records retained after this reading step.
